  • Payments are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on your chosen plan.

  • Subion renewals will occur automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

5. Data Ownership & Confidentiality

  • You retain ownership of all business and personal data uploaded to the platform.

  • MakeMyCEO will maintain strict confidentiality of your data and will not access, disclose, or distribute it without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

6. Platform Availability & Maintenance

  • We strive to provide uninterrupted access to the platform. However, occasional downtime may occur for scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

  • MakeMyCEO is not liable for any business losses resulting from temporary unavailability of the platform.

  • All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, software, designs, and brand assets, belong exclusively to MakeMyCEO Private Limited.

  • You are prohibited from copying, distributing, or modifying any platform material without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • MakeMyCEO shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

  • Users are solely responsible for any decisions, financial transactions, or business actions taken based on insights generated by the platform.

  • Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
